The Brazilian National Library (BN) maintains an exchange service with other institutions for the donation of the heritage duplicates and publications exchange of the Library itself and of Brazilian official agencies. Currently, there are more than 700 associated libraries and cultural institutions in Brazil as well as abroad, including school libraries, non-governmental organizations and public utility.
